We meet from 7:00- 8:30 pm every Monday night to practice meditation in the Buddhist tradition. Our meditation style is 'Vipassana' which is also known widely as Mindfulness Meditation. Typically, our Monday group numbers between 25-35 meditators, although many regulars do not use Meetup to RSVP. (post covid numbers have been smaller, but we are growing again!)
